**About the Client**:Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in providing digital marketing services to home services businesses across the USA.They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.**About the role**:**Professional fluency in English is essential.****Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.****What you'll be doing**:- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the client's services align with their needs.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.- Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our client's services to meet their expectations.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.- Provide regular reports to clients on project progress and results.- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations.**Who are we looking for?**- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager.- **Fluent in English oral and written.**:- Friendly, personable demeanor with a standout smile and energy that puts clients at ease.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong project management skills.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues proactively.- Proficiency in **CRM software, Microsoft Office suite**, and familiarity with tools like **GHL, ClickUp**, and **Slack**.- **Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.****Position**: Account Manager**Remote Status**: Fully Remote**Preferred Location**: Global**Working Hours**: 9 am to 6 pm EST**Holidays**: US Local Holidays**Salary**: USD **** to USD **** per month**Internal Job ID**: ****
