Estamos ContratandoCostumer Service Specialist Senior Lite Tech | São Paulo (capital) • Modelo Híbrido • 1 vaga Você tem mais de 5 anos de experiência em Customer Experience, Atendimento ao Cliente ou Service Desk e busca uma nova oportunidade em uma empresa internacional?Então queremos te conhecerA Lite Tech (antiga Lite Organização Ltda) está expandindo seu time de suporte e busca 1 Analista de Service Desk Sênior, com forte experiência em atendimento ao usuário e resolução de incidentes.Sobre a vaga Cargo: Analista de Service Desk / Customer Experience Sênior (ALEMAO) Contrato: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) Carga horária: 36 horas semanais Modelo: Híbrido (presencial + remoto) Local: São Paulo – capital Você será o primeiro ponto de contato dos usuários, garantindo um atendimento de alta qualidade e excelente experiência do cliente.Responsabilidades Atender usuários via telefone, e-mail e chat Registrar, classificar e acompanhar chamados (tickets) Solucionar incidentes relacionados a sistemas, acessos, e-mails e uso de ferramentas Realizar reset de senhas e suporte remoto Seguir processos e base de conhecimento (KB) Garantir cumprimento de SLA, qualidade e satisfação do usuário Requisitos Alemao fluente (oral e escrito) — obrigatório Mais de 5 anos de experiência em Customer Experience, Service Desk, Helpdesk ou Atendimento ao Cliente Excelente comunicação, empatia e foco no cliente Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido em São Paulo Estrutura para trabalho remoto nos dias home office Disponibilidade para atuar como PJ
