TIBCO Developer Job DescriptionAubay is a global company offering specialized consultancy services for Information Systems.They operate in various sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transports.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and 6 to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.Participate in designing and implementing a new integration bus architecture with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (CE) by conducting technical analysis, defining framework requirements, and migrating existing solutions.Provide technical leadership in integration projects, particularly in launching a new corporate website with TIBCO and AWS API Gateway integration.Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot services in production and quality environments.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze requirements and design integration solutions aligned with SOA architecture best practices.Offer internal technical support and training on TIBCO BW6, including integration concepts with SOA, REST, XSD/XML, XPATH, and JDBC.Required Skills and QualificationsMore than 5 years of experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and 6.Strong knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (CE).Experience with RESTful integrations and service-oriented architecture (SOA).Strong command of XML, XSD, XPATH, and JDBC.Experience integrating with AWS API Gateway.Ability to analyze, design, and implement complex integration architectures.Experience in migration or modernization projects for integration buses.Previous participation in integration projects within large-scale corporate environments.Fluent in Portuguese (B2+).Mandatory.BenefitsHealth Insurance;Feedback&Coffee – the system that includes Aubay's Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the Career Progression Model;Working model: remote from Brazil;A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.You can count on technical and behavioral training sessions (e-Learning and classroom), Meet&Techs, Webinars and Mentoring;Events and Teambuildings.Company CultureA culture based on values such as transparency, team spirit, regular feedback, and continuous learning;Reference prizes and birthday presents;No dress code;We know your name and all address each other informally;You will grow in good company.
