Job Description
We are seeking an Assistente de Qualidade I to join the Network Quality team at Ticket Log/Manutenção.
This professional will be responsible for handling complaints from internal and external clients, such as surcharge charges, vehicle retention, refusals of service, etc.
Responsibilities
Resolve protocols received in your queue with quality.
Complete protocols within the SLA.
Contact the network to notify, clarify doubts about the occurrence, and validate information to ensure data accuracy and certification.
Maintain good communication to relate effectively with the accredited network, clients, operations, and commercial teams.
Requirements
High school diploma completed (preferably pursuing higher education in Administration, Law, Engineering, or related fields).
Ability to exercise critical judgment and urgency in handling critical cases, reporting to management and other department leaders as necessary.
Good communication skills to interact with the network, clients, and internal teams.
Work Location: Campo Bom/RS
