Job Title: Global Feasibility Lead IIThe Global Feasibility Lead II plays a pivotal role in operational strategy and planning, contributing to the success of our organization through robust data collection, analysis, and strategy development.This position is responsible for managing global feasibility projects, working closely with representatives to deliver high-quality reports to customers.The Global Feasibility Lead II transitions site selection strategies to operations in the post-award space by handing over relevant findings to the site selection team.Key Responsibilities:Supports the development, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of primary and secondary data for operational strategy and planning.Conducts data mining of internal and external databases and initiates/oversees the collection of primary data for global clinical trials (country/site mix, site selection, enrollment modeling).Participates in proposal development and bid defenses, providing recommendations on data use and identifying potential risks.Acts as functional bidder reviewer of budget and text for proposals including feasibility and site identification.Leads cross-functional teams in standalone feasibility efforts, responsible for final report creation and delivery.Participates in intra and inter-departmental meetings, leading/contributing to the presentation of information on feasibility offerings.Qualifications and Requirements:Associate degree with equivalent work experience.Practical experience in global drug development, clinical trials, and demonstrated ability to mine, manipulate, and present complex scientific data.At least 4 years of working experience in an academic, science/health-related industry, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research or a science/health-related industry.
