*Resumes must be sent in English* About Pompa Program: Are you ready to join a highly motivated and rapidly growing team that is passionate about helping people with their health?Look no further than the Pompa ProgramHeadquartered in Park City, UT and over 300+ team members nationwide, we have an answer to many of the health issues that the world is facing today.We are a faith-based, mission-driven company who is on a mission to empower people to take control of their health and get their lives back.Our team is incredibly aligned, and we firmly believe in the body's amazing God-given ability to heal itself.If you share our passion for improving people's health and believe in the incredible potential of the human body, then apply to be a part of something truly special.About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken IT Support Engineer to help our growing technology team.Our IT Support Engineers are responsible for building automated workflows and integrations alongside our Systems Architecture team.working directly with the marketing team, to ensure seamless data strategy, data flow, and integrations between marketing platforms Hubspot, Salesforce and Zapier.Ideal contractors will be remote and needed for automation bugs, development, etc, but also on-call for occasional in office IT duties, such as IT troubleshooting, password management, computer hardware setups, installations and access management.Tools: Slack, Aloware, Google Suite, Okta, Jira, Twilio, hubspot, Zoom.Responsibilities: Designing and developing information systems to improve process efficiency, scalability, increase user productivity, and reduce costs.Explore and help solve Automation and IT bugs.Work directly with System Architects and Administrators to identify and build automations to support business functions across Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment operations.Support the IT administrator in conjunction with HR and various managers, in automating employee onboarding and offboarding tasks.Occasionally attend meetings with internal stakeholders (with a systems architect) to fully understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.Develop software documentation and user guides for systems.Explore and help solve Automation and IT bugs.Requirements: 3+ years of experience building IT Solutions and Automations Experience in Hubspot and Zapier or similar platforms Working experience with Okta Experience working in an Agile environment or willing to work in one Bachelor's degree in related field (not required but preferred) 1-2 years experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools We are a rapidly growing company with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.If you are looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.We are open to contractors residing in the United States, South America, Latin America.English is required and all resumes must be sent in English to be considered.Pompa Program is an equal opportunity employer.We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.Any information you submit to Pompa Program as part of your application will be processed per the Company's privacy policy and applicable law.All Pompa Program interviews are conducted via video or phone.You will never be asked to download Microsoft Teams or interviewed by text.Pompa Program does not accept unsolicited resumes from employment agencies.
