Responsibilities:•Monitor queues and contact volume across channels to ensure real-time adherence and operational efficiency;•Adjust schedules, breaks, and pause management to maintain service level targets;•Alert leadership of operational risks and propose mitigation strategies;•Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI);•Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, WFM systems) to generate business insights;•Present performance and process insights to leadership and stakeholders;•Map and analyze "as-is" processes and design improved "to-be" versions;•Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or process simplification;•Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, flowcharts, process guides);•Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives;•Collaborate with teams on metric alignment, planning, and reforecasting.Requirements:•Advanced English;•Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data modeling tools;•Experience with real-time monitoring systems and WFM tools;•Familiarity with process mapping and methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma;•Experience with tools like Bizagi, Visio, and CRM/ERP systems;•High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills;•Ability to communicate business insights clearly and support decision-making.
