We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Director to play a key role in shaping and scaling patient care operations for a fast-growing digital health company. You'll be responsible for defining what patient care means at scale, leading a rapidly expanding team, and ensuring operational excellence as we grow from ~50 to 200+ people within a year. The position reports to the Global Director.This role sits in São Paulo, Brazil, and it's an on-site position. If you're not in SP, you need to be able to relocate.This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder -- someone who thrives on designing systems from scratch and solving complex problems in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.Core Responsibilities:Strategic PlanningDefine and implement patient care strategy across multiple health categoriesBalance proactive vs. reactive care approachesDesign and scale new servicesTeam LeadershipLead and scale a high-performing operations team (50 ? 200+)Hire, onboard, and develop new team membersDrive performance management and uphold quality standardsTechnology & Product CollaborationPartner with central product and tech teams to improve efficiencyIdentify, scope, and prioritize operational challengesChampion tech-enabled solutions that reduce linear staff growthWhat We're Looking For8+ years of professional experience being: 3–4+ consulting, strategy roles or investment banking & 3–4+ years in operational leadership and scaling roles essentialExperience growing teams, ideally you've managed 30+ peopleStrong problem-solving ability and structured thinkingB2 C experience strongly preferredBuilder mentality: construct, don't just maintainMandatory fluency in Portuguese and English--Note: We carefully review all the applicants and cannot give individual feedbacks given the high demand.
