As a skilled Business Intelligence Data Storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our reporting and analytics capabilities to new heights.This challenging position demands a holistic approach to data modeling, structuring interlinked datasets, and crafting reports that deliver actionable insights and impact.This role requires the ability to build and maintain sophisticated data visualizations and reports tailored to customer needs, reflecting strong narrative design principles.You will develop and manage embedded analytics solutions within our proprietary software platform, architecting and implementing semantic data models in Tableau that integrate with Databricks and ensure logical taxonomy for all datasets.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement advanced data transformations and analytics scenarios using Tableau and SQL.Conduct thorough data quality assurance, validating key metrics between our platform, Databricks, and Tableau outputs.Optimize dashboard performance by leveraging expertise in Import mode vs. Direct Query trade-offs.Maintain Tableau workspace management, external user access, and governance best practices for secure reporting.Collaborate with engineers and architects in an Azure cloud environment to ensure smooth data delivery pipelines.Preferred Skills & Experience:Proven ability to blend technical data modeling expertise with sharp business acumen and visual storytelling instincts.Experience in software reporting environments and cross-organization data collaboration.Success in working independently with minimal supervision in high-autonomy roles.Strong cross-functional communication skills, fluent in English.Previous experience collaborating with remote/offshore technical teams.
