Service Center Technician

OverviewYou will be responsible for the calibration and maintenance of our instrumentation devices in our laboratory (Jundiaí, Brazil) and on customer site.This position involves regular travel in LATAM and more rarely to Houston, our main service center for NORAM/LATAM.A native Spanish speaker with a professional level of English is expected to enable effective oral and written communication with all stakeholders (internal and external to the company).Initially limited to two product lines, we will gradually be adding more activities over time.About Eddyfi TechnologiesAt Eddyfi Technologies, we're proud to push the boundaries of innovation to support the industries the world depends on every day.From energy and transportation to infrastructure and beyond, our technologies help protect critical assets, safeguard the environment, and ultimately, save lives.We deliver cutting-edge solutions through ET & UT, Remote Monitoring, Nuclear Steam Generators, Automated Vision Systems, and Robotics.ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety procedures and ensure safe operation of tools, equipment, and test environments at all times.Participate in setting up the laboratory for new operations and support updates as additional activities are introduced.Perform annual calibration of Eddyfi brand instruments according to applicable international standards.Diagnosis, repair and quality assurance of Eddyfi brand instruments.Analyze electrical diagrams, identify faulty components, and collaborate with R&D to develop technical workarounds when needed.Perform on-site calibrations and repairs as needed.Interact with customers during on-site visits to understand their needs and deliver the right technical solutions.Basic diagnostics and minor repairs on product lines that may be added to the region in the future.Ensure the traceability of each intervention through clear and precise documentation.Ensure customer satisfaction through superior quality of service.Maintain production and quality standards.Communicate irregularities regarding calibration procedures.Maintenance and care of precision tools and measuring devices necessary to carry out calibration and repair activities.Be the point of contact for customer service technical needs.Maintain local inventory and coordinate part orders with the main service center and local office administrator.QualificationsDiploma in electronics or measurements – instrumentation.Minimum of five years of experience in after-sales service on electronic products.Availability for domestic and international travel.Work effectively in an environment with clear customer satisfaction expectations.Great attention to detail.Ability to work under minimum supervision.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Spanish and English.French is a plus.If you have transferable skills, even if you don't meet all the criteria, feel free to submit your applicationAt Eddyfi Technologies, diversity enriches our culture and drives innovation.We value an inclusive environment and welcome applications from all backgrounds.Joining Eddyfi Technologies means becoming part of a team that celebrates diversity and builds a better future.All positions based in Quebec require proficiency in French, both written and spoken.Additionally, functional skills in English are required to meet the needs of our offices and clients internationally.For all our offices worldwide, certain positions may be subject to background checks, including credit, criminal, and employment history verification.#J-*****-Ljbffr
