Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations.You will collaborate closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements.Additionally, you will drive service enhancements and support the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform.The successful candidate will facilitate the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service.Required Skills and Qualifications3 years of experience in business intelligence or a related fieldProficiency in English (Interviews will be conducted in English)Bachelor's degree in Business AdministrationIntermediate level proficiency in Excel, Office Suite, and Power BIEntry level proficiency in Project Management ToolsInsurance knowledge is preferredKey ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operationsCollaboration: Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvementsEnhancements & Development: Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platformDownload Services: Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer serviceBenefitsThis role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.We value teamwork and collaboration, and we are committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
