Technician executes inspection, repair and/or maintenance activities for TechnipFMC and/or customer equipment in the workshop in line with Quality strategy, TechnipFMC Policies, Quality management system processes/procedures, customers/ legal/applicable industry standards requirements.In this position you report to the workshop manager who is the main vocal point for the workshop internally and Description Assembles and tests assemblies according to specifications.Masters basic skills and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment in the area of expertise Completes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and NCRs Cleans components after assembly according to FMCTI specifications and verbal/written instructions Uses material handling equipment to move parts, components and sub-assemblies from one work or storage area to another as required Collects and inputs information in specific systems for cost tracking purposes Performs all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in work area Assists more experienced Assembly Technicians as assigned Disassembling and cleaning of equipment and tools Perform inspections of equipment and tools Create inspection reports Assembling of equipment and tools Pressure testing of equipment and tools Execute refurbishment and maintenance to equipment and tools Execute the logistic movements dedicated to preparation, execution and finishing your work orders Practices good housekeeping in assigned area and properly disposes of waste according to health, safety, and environmental policies Promptly reports any operational problems or Quality / Safety issues with machinery, tools, or equipment to the Workshop Manager (and record in materialen en/of apparatuur in het expertisegebied.Voltooit vereiste testdocumentatie, inclusief testrapporten en NCR's.Reinigt componenten na montage volgens FMCTI specificaties en mondelinge/schriftelijke instructies.Gebruikt kraan of heftruck om onderdelen, componenten en subassemblages van het ene werk- of opslaggebied naar het andere te verplaatsen.Verzamelt en voert informatie in specifieke systemen in voor kostenregistratiedoeleinden.Voert alle taken op een veilige manier uit en houdt alle werknemers op de hoogte van gevaren op de werkplek.Demonteert en reinigt apparatuur en gereedschappen.Voert inspecties van apparatuur en gereedschappen uit.Maakt inspectierapporten.Assembleert apparatuur.Voert (hoge) druktesten uit op apparatuur.Voert revisie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan apparatuur.Voert logistieke bewegingen uit die zijn toegewezen aan de voorbereiding, uitvoering en afronding van je werkorders.Bewaakt orde en netheid in het toegewezen gebied en verwijdert afval op een correcte manier volgens het gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieubeleid.Meldt onmiddellijk operationele problemen of kwaliteits-/veiligheidsproblemen met machines, gereedschap of apparatuur aan de werkplaatsmanager (en registreert deze in het lokale Startkaart-systeem).You are meant for this job if: (V)MBO/TL Technik or similar Experience, preferably in Energy industry Adequate language skills in Dutch and English (both verbal and writing) Experience working in a workshop or technical environment Experience to work with hand tools, power tools etc.Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to a constantly changing environment Je bent geknipt voor deze baan als je (V)MBO/TL Techniek of vergelijkbaar hebt.Ervaring hebt, bij voorkeur in de energie-industrie.Voldoende taalvaardigheden hebt in het Nederlands en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).Ervaring hebt met werken in een werkplaats of technische omgeving.Ervaring hebt met handgereedschap, elektrisch gereedschap, etc.Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) kunt gebruiken.Flexibiliteit kunt tonen en kunt aanpassen aan een voortdurend veranderende omgeving.Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.Moet een teamspeler zijn, maar in staat zijn om zelfstandig te werken aan meer gevarieerde en complexe taken met beperkte supervisie om succesvol aan de verwachtingen te voldoen.In staat zijn om onder druk te werken.Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en de overtuiging dat veiligheid voorop staat.In staat zijn om
