Landis+Gyr is a leading global provider of integrated energy management solutions.We measure and analyze energy utilization to generate empowering analytics for smart grid and infrastructure management, enabling utilities and consumers to reduce energy consumption.Our innovative and proven portfolio of software, services and intelligent sensor technology is a key driver to decarbonize the grid and helped to avoid around 9 million tons of CO2 in FY ****.With sales of USD 2.0 billion in FY ****, Landis+Gyr employs around 6,900 talented people across five continents.For more than a century, we've been pioneers in energy innovation, and we continue to lead the way toward a more sustainable and efficient energy landscape.Join us at Landis+Gyr, where we manage energy better Job Summary Landis+Gyr is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Contracts and Software Licensing Senior Analyst to join our Global IT GRC team.This role is critical to ensure proper IT Contract Management, Optimization / Consolidation and Software Licensing Compliance.This is a standalone role reporting to the Director of Global IT Governance and Compliance, with significant visibility and impact, ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and is passionate about optimizing technology investments.Key Performance IndicatorsCost savings / year.Cost avoidance / year.On-time execution.Core Areas of Responsibility/ AccountabilityMonitor contract performance, renewal timelines, and license usage to ensure alignment with business needs and vendor terms.Identify and execute optimization opportunities across contracts and licensing footprints to reduce costs, consolidate contracts and improve efficiency.Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams to support contract negotiations and renewals.Maintain accurate records and dashboards for licensing metrics, risks, and compliance status.Manage and ensure Software Licensing Compliance with major vendors including SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Adobe.Stay current with vendor licensing models, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.Collaborate with internal and external auditors.Develop and maintain the related internal Policies, Procedures and Standards.Promote awareness and understanding across the organization.Core Technical/Skills CompetenciesServiceNow Software Asset Management – AdvancedIT Contract Management – AdvancedSoftware Licensing Compliance – AdvancedRequired Experience4+ years of experience in IT Contracts and Software Licensing management, preferably with global companies.Advanced English speaker.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Landis+Gyr Core Behavioural CompetenciesCommunicating Effectively Accepting Responsibility Understanding my Role in the Business Building Relationships Problem Solving and Making Decisions We're committed to shaping a better future for everyone.#EnergizeYourCareer and join us on our journey towards a greener tomorrow.
