GrowthAssistant is looking for a data-driven and proactivePaid Ads Specialistwho thrives on performance marketing.If you have strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads campaign management, optimization, and reporting, this is your chance to join a fast-growing U.S.-based team where your work will directly impact the growth of exciting brands.This isn't just another ads role—it's an opportunity to sharpen your skills across multiple paid media channels, collaborate with an international marketing team, and continuously grow in a performance-first environment.If you're passionate about turning data into action and scaling campaigns to the next level, we want to meet you.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)100% Remotework setupCompany-provided laptopPerformance, Attendance & Referral BonusesPaid Holidays & Time OffSupportive, growth-oriented cultureWhat You'll DoBuild and launch Meta ad campaigns from scratch while managing Google Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.Analyze ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other KPIs to optimize campaign performance.Run A/B tests and iterate on creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting.Create and maintain performance reports in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, charts, pivot tables).Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to gather assets and share data-backed recommendations.Proactively communicate with clients via Slack, email, and video calls.Assist in testing emerging platforms and expanding ad strategies.What We're Looking ForBased in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.).3+ years of experience with Meta Ads—proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving ROI.1+ year of experience with Google Ads (Search, PMax Shopping, YouTube).Strong knowledge of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM).Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).Hands-on experience managing ad budgets and daily optimizations.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).Proactive communicator—comfortable using Slack, email, and client video calls.Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients.Availability to work PST hours (CST/EST overlap considered).Nice to HaveAgency or multi-brand experience.E-commerce/DTC background.TikTok Ads experience.Familiarity with creative analysis and performance recommendations.Why You'll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you'll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.We value your growth and recognize your contributions every step of the way.Apply today and take the next step in your career with GrowthAssistant
