Business Development Analyst Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Analyst to join our organization.The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential acquisition or partnership opportunities.Main Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume outreach via phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to establish direct communication with business owners and decision-makers.Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities by gathering information during calls and assessing alignment with company criteria.Develop and maintain professional relationships with business owners, fostering trust and interest in strategic opportunities.Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and contact details within the company's CRM and databases.Collaborate with the marketing and acquisitions teams to develop personalized outreach strategies, messaging, and follow-up campaigns.Track and report on outreach activity, engagement metrics, and pipeline development to measure performance and optimize calling strategies.Required Skills:Strong Communication SkillsComfortable speaking on the phone.Persuasive verbal and written communication abilities.Professional PresenceFriendly, confident, and capable of building rapport quickly with business owners.Able to maintain a polished tone in all interactions.Self-Motivated & OrganizedProactive and results-oriented, with the ability to meet goals.Strong organizational skills for managing contacts.Tech ProficiencyFamiliar with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and CRM systems.Comfortable using phone systems and professional platforms.Analytical MindsetInterested in understanding business models and deal flow processes.Continuous LearnerOpen to feedback and eager to refine relationship management skills.Compensation and Growth OpportunitiesThis is a full-time remote position.Compensation includes a base pay plus a success fee tied to individual and company performance.In addition to financial incentives, the position offers professional growth opportunities in business development and deal sourcing, supported by access to internal learning resources.
