VAGA: Sales Operations Manager (EXCLUSIVA PARA PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA - PCD) Área: Estratégia e Operações de Receita Global Local: São Paulo (trabalho remoto) Você é apaixonado por dados, estratégia e performance comercial?Venha fazer parte da Wellhub (antiga Gympass) Buscamos um(a) Sales Operations Manager para atuar no time global de Estratégia e Operações de Receita, com impacto direto nas decisões que impulsionam nosso crescimento sustentável ao redor do mundo.Sobre o desafio: Você será responsável por garantir a eficiência e escalabilidade das operações comerciais globais, atuando em parceria com líderes de vendas no Brasil, América Latina hispânica, EUA e Europa.Principais responsabilidades: Estabelecer relações estratégicas com líderes comerciais e times multifuncionais; Monitorar métricas de performance, gerar insights e apoiar a liderança na tomada de decisão; Desenvolver análises estratégicas sobre funil de vendas, forecast, churn, otimização de territórios, processos e desenho de incentivos; Apoiar no planejamento estratégico anual, com recomendações sobre go-to-market, crescimento de times e produtividade comercial; Gerenciar o CRM (Salesforce) e outras ferramentas de vendas, garantindo estrutura e eficiência nas operações; Criar e acompanhar modelos de variáveis, metas e atingimento de resultados; Mergulhar nos dados e também atuar como protagonista na definição de estratégias e planejamento de vendas.Requisitos: Experiência com modelagem de negócios e análises complexas; Inglês avançado (desejável), pois atuará com stakeholders globais; Domínio de Salesforce; Excelente capacidade analítica e de comunicação com diferentes níveis da organização; Proatividade, autonomia e habilidade para atuar com diferentes áreas e perfis; Vontade de fazer parte de um ambiente inovador, com impacto global.Diferenciais: Experiência prévia com desenho de território, definição de metas, planejamento orçamentário e operações comerciais escaláveis; Familiaridade com métricas de produtividade comercial e ferramentas de visualização de dados.Se você gosta de unir estratégia com execução, e quer contribuir diretamente para o crescimento global de uma empresa que transforma a saúde e o bem-estar das pessoas, essa vaga é pra você
