Visit our website or our career page HEREJob Overview:We are seeking for an experienced, dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to play a key role in a challenging channel, balancing the sell-in and sell-out results with key accounts, fostering for growth opportunities and categories development working together internal business and support areas.Opportunities to work with several areas of the company that interacts with sales, such as: finance, logistics, legal, SCM, marketing, channel among others.Key Job Responsibilities:Build, by customer, sales & execution plan: Sell-in & Sell-Out Targets, Operations KPIs, S& OP, and ensuring compliance with these targets.Lead regular meetings with customer to present targets, KPIs and define action plan to leverage results.Relationship/interaction with all areas that interact with customers: Finance, Logistics, Sales Management, Legal, etc. Attend, with operation team, internal meeting to define Channel Sales Forecast.Visit stores with our Partners to identify opportunities at POS. Development and enhancement of online and digital platform of customers.Assemble business opportunities with customers and other partners.Ability to manage different demands at the same time, demonstrating good judgement in defining priorities.Background & ExperienceBachelor degree: Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related.Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing.Experience with Retail "large accounts" is a mandatory.Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Mindset and proficiency in analytics.Language: Advanced English is mandatory.Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint habilities.Why is Samsung Electronics the place to be?Join a Global TeamWork with a dynamic and diverse team, constantly interacting with different cultures.Tackle Big ChallengesOur history is built on overcoming challenges and striving for excellence.
