Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Delivery expert to join our team.You will work closely with the development team to gather details on features we want to develop and use that information to build and execute product testing for cloud-based Human Resource solutions to determine customer usability before deployment.This role is critical to ensuring we deploy usable products that meet customer needs.Key responsibilities include creating complex test scenarios using Protractor, Selenium, JavaScript, and Cucumber test automation framework.You will also advocate for necessary changes to improve the end-user experience of our payroll products.To thrive in this role, you will need to be curious, persistent, and at times persuasive.Familiarity with other HCM or payroll products is essential.You will leverage your leadership and teaching skills to train and mentor junior-level QA professionals.You will own the releases with your product features and be responsible for building out the plans, dividing tasks among the team, identifying problems, and solving them.Pace should not scare you, and flexibility is a must since testing doesn't always occur during regular business hours.In return, you'll find exciting challenges, opportunities to grow your career, and solid friendships as we design what's next for ADP and the industry.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Proven experience in quality assurance and delivery.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.Knowledge of Protractor, Selenium, JavaScript, and Cucumber test automation framework.Strong problem-solving skills.Leadership and mentoring skills.BenefitsThis role offers:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.About UsWe are a leading provider of cloud-based Human Resource solutions.We are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
