Company Description Transparent eCom is dedicated to helping businesses in sensitive verticals overcome the challenges of maintaining ad accounts on major platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.We offer both full-service and self-service options at competitive prices, providing effective digital marketing strategies, execution, creative services, and ad hoc consulting.Our transparent pricing and custom packages ensure that clients receive maximum value for their investments, and we provide free compliance resources to support successful advertising campaigns.We have an offering that is unique to the industry and we are one of the only agencies that can provide it.We grew from 15 to 60+ clients in 9 months and are looking for a account executive to join this growing team.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Agency Account Executive.The Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business.Daily tasks will include generating and closing leads, maintain pipeline, and hitting new client acquisition goals.You will be paired with our fractional CMO who has spent the last three months building out a lead funnel.Qualifications Sales and Account Management skills Proficiency in Sales Presentations and Communication Experience in Digital Marketing Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the cannabis industry or digital agency experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred Must speak fluent English Compensation 64,296 base pay BRL a year 1,*****,232 performance bonus BRL a month 1,339 additional bonus opportunity monthly BRL No medical
