regularly update priorities based on impact and steer the organization through each milestone to timely completion.Who you areA product leader who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and making decisions grounded in market signals, business results, and customer needs.A strong influencer and storyteller, able to align diverse stakeholders around a unified vision.Passionate about Financial Solutions and their impact on merchants and end users in emerging markets.Committed to people development, fostering growth and a strong product culture that fully aligns with EBANX's values.What's mandatory:Product leadership — Demonstrated track record of leading and developing Product Managers, building high-performing, empowered teams.Product track record — Shipped and scaled revenue-generating financial productsPayments & fintech experience — Background in payment processors, fintech startups, or other regulated financial institutions.End-to-end ownership — Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and continuous optimization, balancing long-term vision with daily execution.Strategic + tactical execution — Equally comfortable crafting multi-year roadmaps and driving sprint-level delivery in fast-paced environments.Stakeholder influence — Success aligning Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Commercial, and executive leadership around shared goals and trade-offs.Bias for action & accountability — Strong sense of urgency and ownershipEnglish Proficiency — fluent written and spoken English;
