Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for extracting insights from large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to stakeholders.The primary goal of this position is to develop actionable intelligence that drives business decisions.
This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources, and cleaning and massaging data into the required format.Key responsibilities include:Understanding the Talent funnel and architecting a Data solution from scratch.Working with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identify data sources.Cleansing and massaging data into the required format.Presenting findings to stakeholders and gathering feedback.Deploying data, reports, and dashboards to Data Analysis tools.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.Strong analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to delivering commitments.Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with ETL of data from a variety of sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (is a plus).
Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture (components and processes of the database) and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (is a plus).
