We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-level technical assistance for our business-critical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Level 2/3 support for critical applications including LIMS, EHS, and IoT systems.Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.Monitor application performance, health, and integrations.Provide expert guidance to end-users across multiple countries and languages, guaranteeing exceptional service and clear communication.Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.Evaluate the effectiveness of applications in meeting business needs related to maintenance, quality management, EHS, production monitoring, and access control.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing, quality, and EHS environments.Demonstrated proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese language.Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, EHS/ESG platforms, IoT data collection, and access control systems.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Experience with SQL, Windows, Azure, and integration platforms.Able to work effectively with global teams and support users in diverse regions.Strong communication and documentation skills.Substantial experience in manufacturing applications.What We OfferA dynamic work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.A chance to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.About This RoleThis position requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.They must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
