Customer Success Manager (High-Ticket Mentorship & Consulting) $1,500 - $2,500 USD monthly NECESSARY TO HAVE : Native-Level Fluency, BH-Based The Mission: We are a US-based consultancy helping entrepreneurs build and sell custom homes. This isn't a "support" role; it is a Client Results role. You will be the primary point of contact for high-level students investing significant capital into their futures. Are you a "Success" Pro? Industry Context: You have experience in the High-Ticket Coaching or Mentorship world. You know what a "Success Gap" is and how to close it. Native-Level Fluency: You can lead a 30-minute strategic consultation in English without breaking a sweat. Your written Slack communication is professional, empathetic, and fast. The "Growth" Mindset: You understand that "Success" often leads to "Retention" and "Referrals." You have a heart for service but the brain of a strategist. BH-Based: You are looking for a hybrid role (Home/Office) right here in Belo Horizonte. Why this is a "Career Upgrade": Global Salary: $1,500 - $2,500 USD monthly (The "Dollar Advantage"). Elite Networking: You will be the face of the @ericepic23 brand to our US-based students. High-Stakes Impact: You aren't answering tickets; you are helping people build legacies in the real estate space. Your Core Responsibilities: The Onboarder: Guiding new students through their first 30 days to ensure they don't get "buyer's remorse" and start seeing wins immediately. The Consultant: Mastering our construction/consulting methodology to troubleshoot student roadblocks. Community Architect: Managing our Slack community and keeping the "vibe" high-energy and professional. Requirements: Proven track record in Customer Success (CSM) or Account Management.
