**Purpose of the position**:
- O objetivo da posição de Analista de Vendas é oferecer suporte a clientes, representantes e distribuidores, processando pedidos de venda e fazendo a ligação entre as áreas de vendas e planejamento da produção.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Acompanhar todas as solicitações, preparar propostas quando necessário e facilitar demonstrações de produtos para potenciais clientes;- Interagir com representantes de vendas e operações para verificar o status dos pedidos, acompanhar e manter os prazos de entrega, garantindo a entrega pontual ao cliente;- Preparar e administrar documentação comercial, como contratos e acordos de serviço, além de processar faturas.
Desenvolver e manter bases de dados de suporte às vendas;
- Organizar e participar de feiras para exposição de produtos.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
Obrigatórios:
- Ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Comunicação, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas;- Experiência em rotinas administrativas ou vendas;- Excel avançado;- Inglês intermediário;- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;- Organização, atenção a detalhes e capacidade analítica;
- Proatividade e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
Diferenciais:
- Experiência com ERP TOTVS Protheus;
- Experiência em indústria de guindastes.
