About the CompanySomewhere is a recruiting agency that sources worldwide talent for US and EU clients.We have over 150 employees and the company is growing fast - with over 50% year-over-year growth in both **** and ****.The majority of our talent is sourced from Latin America, South Africa and the Philippines.Scope of the Role As a Sales Director, you will oversee a team of sales professionals who take inbound video conference calls with potential clients, send email correspondence, and engage in follow up messages and calls.Your team will assess their client's hiring needs, consult them on the ideal hiring plan, and close business.We are looking for seasoned sales professionals who have experience training and coaching, as well as sales enablement and performance management.Duties and responsibilities:Lead a team of 8-10 sales professionalsDevelop scripts and KPIs for the teamLead daily and weekly coaching sessionsTrain new hires to be proficient sales peopleHire and vet new hires into the sales organizationWrite sales copy in email format to win more businessRequirements:Fluent in English, both reading and spoken.Previous experience within a similar role is non-negotiable.Recruitment experience is an added advantage.Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.Typing speed of 50 words per minute or better.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Hubspot.Only CVs in English will be considered
