Unlock Your Potential as a Support SpecialistAt our innovative gaming platform, we're crafting the next generation of skill games that deliver exceptional player experiences.As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in shaping this vision by providing top-notch assistance to players via various communication channels.About the Role:Deliver seamless support to players through iMessage, Facebook Messenger, and email interactions.Gain an in-depth understanding of game features, events, and player activities to provide informed responses.Troubleshoot player issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve game-related problems efficiently.Maintain detailed records of player interactions and issues using our CRM system.Serve as the voice of our players, collecting feedback, and communicating it to relevant departments for continuous product improvement.Assist new players with onboarding, guiding them through the game, and ensuring they understand its features.Analyze player behavior through analytical tools and develop strategies to enhance player engagement.Partner with other teams to offer promotional offers and inform players about new game features and events.Create guidelines and procedures for future support team members.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming or Quality Assurance in iGaming.Prior experience in KYC and working with payments processors is advantageous.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency with CRM tools and experience documenting interactions.Strong empathy and ability to listen attentively and provide tailored solutions.Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work varied hours.Experience working in remote settings and self-driven to work independently.Benefits:Competitive salary that meets expectations.Stock options - share in our company's success.Home office budget - create your ideal workspace.Remote work flexibility - work from anywhere.Join a culture focused on results and delivering amazing player experiences.We Value Diversity:We're an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity, not discriminating based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
