Operations RoleWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the execution of cross-border payments and virtual asset service provider (VASP) activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow tracking, and crypto/stablecoin fund movements.Maintain detailed records of all virtual asset activities to ensure compliance with internal requirements.Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls, including Know Your Business/Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering checks, reporting, and audit readiness.Coordinate with banking partners, OTC desks, and internal teams to guarantee smooth settlement, reconciliation, and liquidity management.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:At least 3 years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles, preferably in fintech or Web3 environments.A solid understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.What We OfferAs a member of our team, you can expect:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
