Sobre a funçãoEstamos em busca de uma pessoa especialista em mídia paga/performance com experiência abrangente em diferentes tipos de campanhas e plataformas.Planejar, implementar e gerir campanhas de mídia paga com foco em performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).Monitorar e otimizar campanhas com base em KPIs de vendas e CAC/ROAS.Executar testes A/B de criativos, segmentações, ofertas e landing pages.Gerar relatórios de performance e insights para tomada de decisão.Garantir e planejar a qualidade de tracking e dados voltados às plataformas de mídia.Trabalhar em conjunto com equipe de conteúdo, design e vendas para garantir alinhamento da comunicação.Propor melhorias contínuas nas estratégias e canais utilizados.Abaixo listamos as responsabilidades específicas esperadas para campanhas de Search e de Social:Estruturação e reestruturação de campanhasPlanejamento tático de campanhas por funil, persona, produto ou intençãoDefinição de estratégias de lances (max conversões, tROAS etc) e testes entre elasAnálise de search terms e curadoria contínua de palavras-chave (incluindo negativações)Definição e acompanhamento de metas de (ie CPA, ROAS, CTR)Desenvolvimento de testes A/B em anúncios (headlines, paths, extensions)Monitoramento diário de pacingRevisão e atualização de anúncios e extensõesRotinas de QA: tags, URLs, extensões quebradas, UTMsApoio em dashboards ou planilhas de performancePlanejamento de estrutura de campanhas full funnel por canal, com foco em testes criativos e segmentações (ie interest clusters, lookalikes e custom audiences);Estratégia de criativos: formatos, linha de comunicação, frequência e personalização por canal/personaAcompanhamento de métricas chave: (ie CPM, CPC, CTR, CAC)Coordenação com time criativo para produção de vídeos, criativos dinâmicos, e realização de testes A/BCall quinzenal com equipes de atendimento (Meta, TikTok, Google) para insights e benchmarksOperação das campanhas conforme objetivos estabelecidos: testes de públicos, formatos e posicionamentosQA de tracking e UTMsRotina de uploads criativos semanais (revisar o que entra/pausa)Check diário de orçamento e entrega de campanhasRequisitosExperiência nas plataformas de Google Ads e Meta Ads (necessário); também desejável conhecimento em TikTok, LinkedIn, MicrosoftConhecimento em plataformas de visualização de dados, como Looker e/ou MetabaseExperiência com Google Analytics (GA4)DiferenciaisJá ter implementado estratégias de paid social em outras empresas de tecnologia, preferencialmente que operam com venda e manutenção de assinaturasFamiliaridade com modelos de atribuição cross-channel#J-*****-Ljbffr
