Corporate Development Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Development Manager to establish and maintain strategic business relationships with software company decision makers, M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals.Your goal will be to source current and future mergers and acquisitions opportunities for our organization.This requires advanced verbal and written communication skills, as well as the confidence to speak with CEOs and other industry leaders.You will develop and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition targets using Salesforce CRM and create market maps to build strong relationships.Success is defined by building meaningful relationships that lead to successful acquisitions over time.The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or a client-facing M&A/finance role.Key responsibilities include:Developing and managing the M&A pipelineMeeting and exceeding monthly M&A targetsQualifying M&A opportunities efficientlyAllocating the lead database accurately within portfolio verticalsThis role may require occasional in-person travel and can be performed primarily remotely.Key Requirements:Advanced verbal and written communication skillsConfidence to speak with CEOs and industry leadersExperience in Business Development/Sales or M&A/financeAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBenefits:Opportunity to work on high-profile M&A projectsChance to build strong relationships with industry leadersProfessional development and growth opportunitiesWhy Apply:This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization through strategic business relationships and M&A initiatives.If you have the required skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
