Business Development RepresentativeWe are seeking a high-performance Business Development Representative to drive the top of the sales funnel by researching target companies, executing high-volume outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings.Key Responsibilities:Prospect List Building: Utilize Apollo and other tools to create targeted prospect listsLead Segmentation: Research and segment leads by industry, role, and buying intentCold Email Campaign Execution: Execute cold email and outreach campaigns to generate qualified leadsCampaign Optimization: Run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, and sequences to improve reply ratesOutbound Copywriting: Write persuasive outbound copy that sounds human, not spammyQualification and Scheduling: Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for key stakeholdersCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to develop outreach strategies and continuously improve campaign performanceRequirements:Experience: 2–3 years in lead generation agencies or similar rolesCold Email Expertise: Proven experience with cold email and outreach is requiredCMS Familiarity: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar CRMsOmnichannel Outreach: Ability to build lists and run outreach sequences using tools like Apollo, Clay, or LemlistSegmentation and Targeting: Strong strategy skills in segmentation, targeting, and personalizationCopywriting Ability: Solid copywriting ability—knows how to write messages that get repliesAnalytics Driven: Analytical and metrics-driven (experience improving campaign metrics like open/reply rates)Linguistic Proficiency: Strong English writing and communication skills (C1 or above)
