Sales Operations SpecialistSeeking a dynamic professional to drive order-to-cash efficiency and supply chain alignment.This role requires hands-on management of logistics, processing orders, maintaining records, and overseeing invoicing.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.Responsibilities:Manage inbound & outbound logistics to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.Own the order-to-cash cycle: process orders, maintain accurate records, and oversee invoicing.Align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.Act as the daily link between Sales, Finance, logistics partners, and customers.Support billing, collections, and proactive customer communications.Report weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution).
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability.Requirements:4–7+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting.Hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers.Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil.Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM/partner portals.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.A customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.Nice to Have:Experience in industrial chemicals, lubricants, or distribution.Knowledge of foreign-trade documentation and warehouse cycles.Basic process-improvement skills.Our Offer:Fast-growing international organization.Autonomy and responsibility of a lean, fast-paced team.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a future-proof industry.
