We are seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to oversee and improve Sales performance, drive consistency and efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery of Marketing efforts.The ideal candidate will turn chaos into clear processes, own the tools that show us exactly how we're performing, and keep fast-moving teams accountable.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and improve Sales team performance, tackling underperformance head-onOwn HubSpot at an admin level (pipelines, properties, automations, sequences, dashboards) — with executive-grade reporting that makes KPIs and performance crystal clearImplement corrective action plans when off track, and identify growth opportunities when aheadAnalyse dips using our in-house AI tools and lead improvement projects to completionCreate a Sales Playbook for every role to ensure consistency and efficiencyBring strong management and process discipline to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of Marketing effortsLead budget management and tracking ROI on every campaignRequirements:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skillsHands-on systems implementer: HubSpot admin skills (workflows, custom objects/properties, reports), ClickUp workflow design, advanced Google Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots, queries).Comfortable unblocking with APIs/zaps when neededExceptional process design, implementation, and improvement skills.You love turning chaos into beautiful systems that you design, implement, monitor and constantly improveStrong data analysis ability — spot trends and act fastExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsThrives in extremely high-pace environments: Highly organized, able to switch contexts seamlessly and deal with ambiguity, resilient under pressure, and motivated by continuous challenges — all while maintaining balance within a 40-hour workweekAbout Us:Ranked #170 on the Inc. 5000 list and recognized as a Clutch Award-winning agency, we help brands scale profitably on Amazon
