About This Opportunity:
Todo is a Fintech in the segment of Gift Cards. Our growing team seeks to have a relevant impact on the largest retailers in the country. Our products are used by hundreds of thousands of users every day.
This position is aimed at improving Todo's internal processes, standardizing management routines with our areas and managing important indicators for our business. Our main goal is to improve 5% to 10% the efficiency in each Todo’s department year by year, helping our entire company to grow continuously.
**Responsibilities**:
- Map, and optimize Todo's key internal processes in Todo’s department
- Standardize routines of our departments, aiming at efficiency and productivity
- Develop and conduct monthly presentations with Todo’s managers
- Break down the company's general goals into the area's goals
- Generate and monitor area key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Help the department manager to negotiate goals with Todo’s managers
- Conduct strategic projects that aim to improve the result of KPIs below the target, such as marketing and sales KPIs and retailers’ performance KPIs
- Generate indicators demanded by managers
- Help the department manager in the calculation of the results of the department indicators and variable commissions
- Prepare presentations for the upper management containing the results of the departments in their KPIs
Qualifications:
- Graduated in Administration or Production Engineering
- Previous experience with process mapping and optimization
- Advanced Excel
- Intermediate Power Point
- Intermediate or Advanced English
- Data driven profile
