Job Overview:We are seeking a Business Process Improvement Leader to drive transformation in the Financial Services sector.Lead and mentor a team of analysts on large-scale projects.Act as the primary business counterpart in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud projects.Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.Document detailed business requirements and collaborate with technical teams.Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for process changes.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading Business Analysts in Financial Services projects, a strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project initiatives.Provide guidance and support to junior analysts to ensure successful project delivery.Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Proven experience in Business Analysis and process improvement.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.Excellent communication and leadership skills.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A competitive salary and benefits package.
