Whether commercial towers or luxury hospitality developments, we build safely, collaboratively, and with precision – laying the groundwork for long-term success.Why Join Us?The Digital Construction Manager leads and oversees BIM-based information management on a project, acting as the main point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders (client, consultants, subcontractors). While their focus is on BIM, the role may extend to other digital construction tools like scanning, drones, and robotics.Your Role:Manage client expectations for BIM and ensure deliverables meet requirements.Develop and maintain information management resources (BIM Execution Plan, EIRs, MIDP, etc.).Set up BIM workflows and manage the project's CDE (Common Data Environment).Lead 3 D coordination, clash detection, and issue reporting.Train and support project teams on BIM processes and tools.Ensure QA/QC of BIM models and deliverables.Report on BIM compliance and progress at the project level.Contribute to tender activities and support process development.What We're looking ForStrong knowledge of ISO 19650 and PAS 1192 standards.Proficient in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, Revizto, etc.).Familiarity with open BIM standards (IFC, COBie).Experience with CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Aconex).Skills in automation, data validation, and tools like Solibri, Dynamo, and Power BI.Knowledge of 4 D/5 D modeling and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).Strong communicator and team player.Confident, resilient, and organized.Detail-oriented with strong time and pressure management.Passionate about BIM and digital transformation.What We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic developmentsA dynamic, collaborative culture focused on innovation and operational excellenceLong-term career development in a well-established, growing organizationReady to elevate your surveying career?Apply now and be part of ALEC's legacy of excellence.
