Whether commercial towers or luxury hospitality developments, we build safely, collaboratively, and with precision – laying the groundwork for long-term success.Why Join Us?As a Senior Digital Construction Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing information management using BIM (Building Information Modeling) across the project, ensuring all stakeholders meet digital deliverables and project requirements. While the role may involve other digital construction methods such as scanning, drones, and robotics, the primary focus is BIM. The coordinator serves as the main point of contact for BIM between the project management team and external stakeholders including the client, consultants, and subcontractors.Your Role:Manage and interpret client BIM expectations and deliverables.Communicate information requirements internally and externally.Develop and maintain BIM documentation such as the BIM execution plan, exchange information requirements, responsibility matrix, and master information delivery plan.Set up and manage BIM workflows from contract award through project handover.Ensure the electronic document management system supports the common data environment processes.Lead 3 D model coordination and issue resolution, including clash detection.Provide training, coaching, and support for BIM processes and related technologies.Estimate resource requirements for direct and subcontracted works.Implement quality assurance and control for models and BIM processes.Represent BIM and digital construction at project meetings.Report on BIM progress and compliance at the project level.Support tender submissions and contribute to departmental process development.What We're looking ForStrong understanding of ISO 19650 and familiarity with the 1192 standards.Proficiency in BIM authoring software such as Revit, Tekla, or Archicad.Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks or Revizto.Knowledge of open BIM standards including IFC and COBie.Ability to use tools for automated model checking and data validation such as Solibri.Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms used in CDE workflows such as Aconex or BIM 360.Familiarity with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.Experience in programming or visual programming (Dynamo preferred).Understanding of 4 D and 5 D processes and their implementation.Ability to use data reporting tools such as MS Power BI.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Collaborative and adaptable with a proactive mindset.Confident, assertive, and resilient under pressure.Analytical with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Highly organized with excellent time management.Passionate about BIM and digital transformation in construction.What We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic developmentsA dynamic, collaborative culture focused on innovation and operational excellenceLong-term career development in a well-established, growing organizationReady to elevate your surveying career?Apply now and be part of ALEC's legacy of excellence.
