Whether commercial towers or luxury hospitality developments, we build safely, collaboratively, and with precision – laying the groundwork for long-term success.Why Join Us?As a Digital Construction Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing information using BIM (Building Information Modelling) across a construction project. The role ensures stakeholders meet digital deliverables and information requirements, with a primary focus on BIM, though it may also involve broader digital techniques like scanning and drones.Your Role:Communicate and manage internal/external information requirementsHelp develop and maintain BIM execution plans, responsibility matrices, and other key documentsConfigure and support common data environments (CDE) and EDMSOversee 3 D model coordination, clash detection, and issue reportingProvide training and support on BIM tools and processesConduct QA/QC checks on modelsAssist with resource estimation, tendering, and reportingSupport digital initiatives and improvements with the Head of Digital ConstructionWhat We're looking ForSolid understanding of ISO 19650 and previous standards (e.g., PAS 1192)Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Revizto)Familiarity with open BIM standards (IFC, COBie)Experience with CDE platforms (e.g., Aconex, BIM 360)Skills in automation tools (Solibri, Dynamo, Python)Experience with 4 D/5 D modeling and Power BI for data reportingStrong communication and collaborationDetail-oriented and analyticalConfident, resilient, and proactivePassion for digital transformation in constructionWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic developmentsA dynamic, collaborative culture focused on innovation and operational excellenceLong-term career development in a well-established, growing organizationReady to elevate your surveying career?Apply now and be part of ALEC's legacy of excellence.
