About NIITNIIT is a leading Skills and Talent Development Corporation that is building a manpower pool for global industry requirements.The company, which was set up in **** to help the nascent IT industry overcome its human resource challenges, today ranks among the world's leading training companies owing to its vast, yet comprehensive array of talent development programs.With a footprint across 40 nations, NIIT offers training and development solutions to Individuals, Enterprises, and Institutions.Link to our Linked In Page -Link to our website -Position: Training CoordinatorWe are looking for our next training operations coordinator.This role is part of the Operations team and supports NIIT's customer(s) in Frankfurt.to deliver outstanding service.We all work together on a common project with part of the team based in India.As a training operations coordinator, you will be reporting to the training operations manager.You will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders, coordinating training session delivery.You will master and oversee all activities within the service.You will work closely and in partnership with the customer's learning delivery team.Roles & Responsibility:Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required,Organize the training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program,Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required,Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM toolEnsure Learner Support Level 2Experience & Skill:2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations,Exposure to an international work environmentHigh-level understanding of the training landscapeCustomer service-oriented posture is a mustTeam playerAbility to communicate clearly and concise thoughtsAttention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activitiesKnowledge of Salesforce or any other CRMKnowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantageFluent in English is a mandatory requirementProficient in MS Office, Excel, Share PointNIIT is an equal opportunity employer.We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
