Segmento: Não InformadoAtividades:This role is responsible for managing laboratory operations, driving new product development, and supporting cross-functional teams across quality, production, and commercial functions.The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Primary Responsibilities Lead R&D projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with business goals.Manage and mentor a team of laboratory professionals to optimize performance and innovation.Oversee the development and testing of new adhesives and product formulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, sourcing, and engineering.Investigate and resolve technical issues, including customer complaints and field support.Present technical findings and project updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Support internal and external audits and maintain technical documentation in SAP/Totvs.Train internal teams (production, sales, lab) on product applications and technical topics.Participate in global and local strategic initiatives, including capacity expansion projects.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in R&D, preferably in adhesives or flexible packaging.Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects.Strong knowledge of product development processes and laboratory operations.Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Requirements Master's degree or MBA with a focus on technical or industrial management.Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.Familiarity with regulatory compliance in chemical manufacturing.Hands-on experience with customer-facing technical service.Knowledge of CRQ and related industry certifications.Dias da Semana: Não InformadoHorário / Período: Não InformadoOs interessados devem se candidatar através do portal Caderno Nacional
