Price Setup & Profitability Management Centralize and harmonize price lists across country clusters and market segments.Conduct profitability and business impact simulations to guide strategic pricing decisions.Ensure process consistency, data accuracy and timely loading of prices in D365 (ERP).Contribute to monitoring pricing effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.2. Commercial Policy Development (Commercial Police) Design, implement, and refine commercial policies to support cross-selling and upselling, Leverage & analyze sell-out data to help commercial teams define customer based cross- and up-selling targets.Identify and drive initiatives to improve gross-to-net performance in consistency with customer prioritization.Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align commercial policies with strategic objectives and optimize service level.3. Sales Contracts & Terms Optimization Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales to develop and optimize sales contract terms and conditions to foster customer retention.Ensure contracts balance commercial competitiveness with profitability, risk management and longer-term partnerships that reinforce business continuity.Standardize and streamline contract processes.ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Effectiveness, Business Analytics, or similar roles.Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools).Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred).Knowledge of pricing, rebates, and Go-to-Market models.Strong project management and organizational skills.Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a strong advantage.Ability to work across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.Key Competencies Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.Collaborative and adaptable in a multicultural environment.Envu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.And all opportunities are open to people with disabilities.By applying for this position, you agree that your personal data are going to be processed and recorded by Envu for recruitment purposes only.For candidates who are not selected for this position, personal data will be kept for a period of two years and then permanently deleted.
