Key Role: Sales Growth SpecialistWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Growth Specialist to take ownership of the full sales process, from lead generation to account management.This role is pivotal to driving business growth by converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.About the Role:This dynamic professional will design and execute outreach strategies, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate closely with leadership to build a strong sales function in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and prospecting to generate qualified leads.Build and manage lead databases through research and contact mining.Run targeted campaigns on LinkedIn.Sales Cycle & CRM Management: Define, refine, and manage the sales cycle for efficiency and conversion.Manage CRM systems for data accuracy and reporting.Handle appointment setting and calendar coordination with prospects.Account & Customer Management: Develop and execute outreach strategies for existing accounts.Drive customer engagement through Google review campaigns.Manage client touchpoints to build long-term relationships and repeat business.Director & EA Support: Provide seamless support to the Director and EAs, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining momentum on deals.Conduct thorough handovers of closed deals to relevant teams.The Ideal Candidate:Results-driven professional with exceptional sales skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.
