Position SnapshotNestlé Business Services LATAM | Asunción, Paraguay or Ribeirão Preto, BrazilSource to Pay - Process Optimization | Process Optimization Sr AnalystAvailable Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.Position summaryThe Process Optimization SR Analyst is responsible for implementing significant improvement projects within the S2P (Source to pay) process, acting as a key driver of innovation.The role involves several key responsibilities and tasks aimed at ensuring high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.A day in the life of...-Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: work closely with various teams, such as Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain, to identify areas for process improvement and ensure that changes benefit the overall workflow.-Identifying Process Gaps: The analyst actively seeks out inefficiencies or gaps in the current S2P processes and proposes actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.-Performance Improvement Initiatives: Identify further opportunities for enhancement, promoting a culture of performance improvement within the organization.-Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to ensure alignment and support for process changes.-Follow-up with data information teams related to the S2P Projects prioritizing based on internal teams ans markets needs.-Lead pillars (KNIME and PI) to keep the continupus improvement culture bringing value to the process.-S2P PO Expert Calls: be colaborative executing actions and improvement raised by global team, sharing S2P Latam initiatives to be implemented to other NBS.-Tools migration: support operational teams during any migration that can happens guaranting the functionallyt and cronogram.What will make you successfulAdvanced EnglishIntermediate Portuguese (desirable)Intermediate Spanish (desirable)Improvement initiatives and project managementAnalytical skills: Ability to analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvementCommunication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present findingsProblem-solving skills: Ability to develop and implement solutions to improve service quality.Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, PMO or related areas
