*Please apply with English resumes This position will charge the Project Management Consultant role in PMO function to take care of the operations and performance of the projects in the assigned region/s.Key Responsibilities/Duties:Basic Guidance and make project transparenceProject PDSP and delivery and quality target tailor, Provide project guidance for each milestone and activitiesProvide project management consulting, Support on issue/risk identification, and follow up project management related issuesFamiliar with effort estimation methodology and development engineering process, control risk during presales stage and conduct contract reviewFigure out overall picture of project, Monitoring contract status, scope, timeline, progress, quality and client satisfactionCoordinate resources across project teamConduct Milestone deliverable and Quality reviewFamiliar Project Financial forecast and P& L variance analysisCoordinate Monthly report and Gate review report Responsible for the key issue resolution and escalationIdentify issue/risk and collect information for RCACommunication with related stakeholder to confirm the issuesDiscuss and balance the issues and generate the optionsProvide the resolution options and mitigation plan to senior manager make decisionPush to get the conclusion and follow up the resultCoordinate business among whole organizationOverall Cost and Resource control (HC approval)Identify the owner and verify owner's qualificationAnnual Budget and Quality Target follow up Accountable for the overall Financial and business direction achievementFamiliar with cloud business and cloud technologySupport presales and conduct Bid review, Guide new sales directionKey variance and activity follow up (which has big impact compare with the target)Coordinate and influence Segment head and RBU head for problem solving Desirable Qualification/Experience/Knowledge/Skills:Bachelor degree or above;At least 10 years' experience in software industry with no less 5-8 years PM experience;Has knowledge and cloud tech.stack (K8 S, Dev Ops, Microservice, security, performance, etc.)Has working experience in global IT or consulting companies;CMMI, PMP, ITILknowledge was PreferredInsurance industry knowledge is preferredGood command English in both writing and speaking.Good Self-managementCV in English is required
