You'll help users go beyond meeting notes and unlock the full power of MeetGeek's agentic capabilities — from automated follow-ups to real-time action triggers.About the Role??Technical TroubleshootingSupport users through questions about agent setup, integrations, or system behavior. Collaborate with engineering to resolve edge cases.??Customer Onboarding & SuccessGuide new customers from kickoff to activation. Help teams integrate MeetGeek into daily operations, measure value, and drive adoption.??CRM & Billing OwnershipManage Stripe billing flows (upgrades and cancellations). Ensure customers have clarity on billing and account status.??Knowledge & Self-Service SupportContribute to our help center and knowledge base by creating and updating articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.??Source Expansion Opportunities for SalesIdentify new opportunities during support and customer interactions.
