This is a specialized role in medical sales, focusing on promoting gene therapy and biologic services to healthcare professionals.The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices, with a solid understanding of biologics manufacturing services, GMP, regulatory requirements, and value drivers in this space.Key Responsibilities:Visiting hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies to promote the company's gene therapy capabilitiesBuilding strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, research institutions, and procurement teams in the gene therapy spaceExecuting sales plans and developing territory strategies to meet revenue targetsCcommunicating technical service offerings, differentiators, and quality standards to prospective clientsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with service capabilitiesMonitoring market trends, client needs, and customer feedback to inform marketing/sales strategyRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotech, or related fieldProven sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices; CDMO experience is a strong plusSolid understanding of biologics manufacturing services, GMP, regulatory requirements, and value drivers in this spaceStrong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to explain technical services to scientific and commercial audiencesPortuguese fluency required; English proficiency strongly preferred
