About the RoleWe are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative.As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.You will conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients and prospects, and develop strategies to engage them in conversation.Sales Activities: Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and organize sales activities, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.Workflow Management: Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.RequirementsLanguage Proficiency: English fluent speaker.Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in high-paced environments.Candidates: Ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results.Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.Bonus Skills: Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track prospects.Enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
