Role SummaryWe're hiring a Paid Social Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
You'll help lead our paid social efforts by driving awareness, engagement, and conversions with performance-driven campaigns that combine creativity with data.If you enjoy working at the intersection of ad copy, design, targeting, and analytics, this role gives you the opportunity to own campaigns end-to-end and make a direct impact on growth and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager across multiple objectives (awareness, lead gen, conversions, etc.).
Audience Targeting: Research, segment, and refine audiences to improve reach and ROI.Creative Testing: Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad copy, visuals, and formats to uncover top performers.Optimization: Continuously refine bidding, placements, and campaign structures for efficiency.Performance Tracking: Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV), manage dashboards, and report actionable insights.Budget Management: Own and scale campaign budgets while maintaining ROI-positive results.Market Awareness: Stay on top of Meta Ads updates, new features, policies, and best practices.Qualifications2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.Proven success in running ROI-positive campaigns and scaling ad spend.Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution models, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards.Creative instincts with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals for social-first audiences.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Familiarity with other paid channels (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Ads) is a plus.Why You'll Love Working With UsDirect Impact: Own Meta campaigns that drive measurable growth and revenue.Creative + Data: Balance storytelling with data-driven performance optimization.Innovation Culture: Work in a team that values testing, iteration, and bold ideas.Career Development: Clear path into senior performance or paid media leadership roles.Collaborative Team: Join ambitious marketers, creatives, and strategists passionate about results.
