High Net Worth Relationship Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ? In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with high net worth clients in Brazil and LATAM. ? Main Responsibilities: Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met. ? Rapport Building: Develop rapport through frequent communication with existing clients, understanding their goals and objectives. ? Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base. ? Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal service solutions and customer experience. ? Qualifications and Skills: At least 47 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background; Experience working with institutional clients, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks; Strong communication and writing skills; ability to negotiate and close deals; Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish would be a plus; Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking skills. ?
