Vip Relationship Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ? Responsibilities: Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM; Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication; Develop key customer service processes and systems, establish management rules, and track the status of key customers; Analyze client behavior, identify their unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports; Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal service solutions and customer experience. ?Qualifications: At least 4–7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc. ?; Client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks; Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous; Strong communication and writing skills; Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish would be a plus; Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking skills. ?.
