Join to apply for the Amazon Operations Manager role at Sagan Recruitment.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITIONDirect message the job poster from Sagan Recruitment.Company OverviewSagan is an exclusive membership community for top executives, founders, and CEOs seeking to hire and maximize the impact of international talent.We bridge the gap between global talent and US-based businesses, connecting candidates from vibrant regions like Latin America, the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Africa with leading American companies.Sagan provides a high-performance remote work environment, ensuring access to world-class opportunities for top-tier professionals.About the CompanySagan represents a fast-growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand in the pet care space.The company is building a category-defining portfolio through science-backed supplements, oral care, and diagnostics, and is looking for a hands-on Amazon operator to own their 3P performance and growth.Position OverviewWe're seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Amazon Operations Manager to own the day-to-day health and growth of the brand's Amazon business.You'll manage sales performance, reporting, content, and advertising strategies directly through Seller Central.This is a tactical, independent contributor role (no assistant or VA support) ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.Training will be provided on brand-specific workflows, product catalog, and internal systems to ensure a strong onboarding experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPull and analyze weekly Amazon sales reports to identify performance gaps.Manage listings, pricing, replenishment, and Buy Box optimization within Seller Central.Determine actions based on data – whether issues relate to conversion, stock, product page quality, or advertising performance.Execute and optimize DSP and sponsored ads in coordination with internal stakeholders.Monitor key metrics (TACoS, iROAS, Share of Voice, return rate, etc.) and recommend course corrections.Collaborate cross-functionally with future designers or marketing collaborators as the team grows.Stay up to date on Amazon policies and best practices to ensure operational compliance.Qualifications3–5+ years managing Amazon 3P accounts in Seller Central.Strong command of Amazon KPIs, FBA logistics, and ad campaign performance.Highly analytical, able to self-direct and make data-informed decisions.Proficient in Amazon tools like Helium10, Perpetua, or Pacvue.Comfortable working independently without support staff or assistants.Excellent communication and follow-through, proactive and collaborative mindset.Nice-to-HavesExperience in pet care, wellness, or CPG categories.Exposure to tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Intentwise, or DSP platforms.Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration (Ops, Creative, Finance).Ability to contribute to broader marketplace strategy over time.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-time#J-*****-Ljbffr
